Coordination and Management
Definition of the responsibilities
The project leaders are in charge of
- The overall management of the project
- The coordination, validation and finalization of the inception and final reports
- Monitoring of the project ‘s progress:
- The exchange of information within the project
- The organization of 3 meetings
- Maintaining synergy within the project and with the external experts
16 countries are mandated by their Ministries of health and/or Environment for the implementation of HBM at national level. Each country is responsible for its specific actions and reports to the project leaders on activities and potential difficulties.
Some countries are associated to the project to exchange knowledge and expertise. They will participate at the meetings and for some of them implement the pilot project but not with a co-funding of the Commisssion.
COPHES Consortium is responsible for their deliverables which will be used as starting materials for DEMOCOPHES and will insure a function of coordination and helpdesk during the implementation of DEMOCOPHES.
